Q: Which AI provider should I use?
ποΈ Getting Help
IMPORTANT - Cat6 Digital cannot troubleshoot or support errors stemming from AI Models themselves. Provider timeouts, failed responses, etc., can and will happen from time to time due to many factors, and are entirely the domain of the respective AI model providers.

ποΈ Temperature Control
Each mode has an independent temperature slider (configurable in Settings > AI Configuration):
ποΈ Packaging Failure Auto-Capture
When a packaging operation completes with errors, Orion captures the error summary and displays an actionable toast notification. Clicking "Open in Orion?" pre-fills the Orion chat with the packaging errors for AI analysis.
